A talented singer-songwriter, Bonét has faced unbearable losses in her life. Her brother was tragically shot and killed earlier on in the start of her music career. This devastating event prompted Rene to leave her hometown of Leesburg, Virginia to pursue her music career in Atlanta, Georgia where she teamed up with music producer Weku Did That.
